What We Offer
CNC Mill Machining
Coyote Cutters specializes in 5th axis machining up to a 30-inch cube in size. In addition, our robots can load your parts into a mill automatically, reducing, cost, human error, and lead times. Our flat mill sizes range up to a 32 X 60 inch platform with 15,000 RPM and 4000 LBS on the table.
CNC Turning
Most Coyote components begin with round housing exacting tolerances, bearing diameters, undercuts, in all types of materials from aluminum to Invar to Inconel. When possible heat-treated materials like 17-4 SS are hard turned to reduce multiple steps down the road and improve quality and lead. Parts may be turned up to 500 LBS in weight. Our senior lathe programmer has over 30 years in the trade.
Inspection
Zeiss articulating heads allow full 5th axis movement in the inspection process. We provide AS9100-compliant First Article Inspection (FAI) reports as standard or per contractual agreement. Records are retained for five years, or as specified in the purchase order. Note: We do not perform inspections on parts not manufactured by our facility.
Custom Prototypes
At Coyote Cutters, we manufacture custom prototypes from your design for any number of applications. This may include assembly fixtures, tooling, medical components, working models, or short-run machined parts.

Capabilities
Machined materials may include: aluminum, copper, brass, stainless, Monel, Invar, Inconel, Delrin, and acrylic. We can go up to 15 inches in diameter on a CNC lathe and 30″ cube in a mill.
